Can you recommend a Sydney based supplier of nautical or period uniforms or a specialist costume seamstress?

We have a 19th century style tall ship and need to outfit our crew. I am looking for replica adult sailor costumes from that time. I beleive they wore collared shirts, waistcoat, jackets, hats, braces and neck ties. I am not looking for vintage clothes as we need consistency.
