Do you have to be married to your marine if hes looking for an Off Base house?

We're only dating...he found this apartment thats off base. But since were not married would I not be able to move in with him even though its off base? Or do you HAVE to get married period?|||If it's off base you can move in and it doesn't matter if you are married or not.
