When does the base period on unemployment start and stop?

I was unemployed for the majority of last year. I ended up working the last three months of the year. Just trying to figure out if i can draw. I'd appreciate and information.|||We would have to know where you live to answer. If you are in the US there was an extension of benefits in states with high unemployment. I think it was over 10%. How much you were paid also determines it.|||I live in NC. We have the Employment Security Commission.
