Am i still eligible for unemployment after 12 month base period?

its been almost 2 years since i got out of the military after 6 years. ive been going to school since my separation and i was using my GI Bill to pay for school and most of my living expenses so i didnt apply for unemployment. now that im not going to school, how can i still collect unemployment? they look at how much youve made in the last 4 fiscal quarters and didnt have a job within that time frame. also, i live in CA|||you're probably not eligible.|||It is not the last four. They do not look at the current quarter or the one before it. They do look at the four before that. For example, if you apply in April 2010, then they look at the four quarters of 2009.





If you have not worked since December 2008 or earlier, you will not qualify.
